I forgot to make my credit card payment and paid it a few days later... they decreased my credit limit by over $3500 and that dinged my credit...this is the second time they have done this...I'm just trying to pay this card off so I can do away with this bank.

This bank is absolutely horrible. They send me a pre-qualified offer in the mail. They issue me a card and almost a year later they just canceled it. I have very good credit and have never missed a payment for any of my obligations. They give me a card with a 5900 dollar limit. I had exactly a 264 dollar balance at the time they canceled my card. I have never had more than a 300 dollar balance on this card. I called them to ask why they canceled my card and they tell me, almost a year after I received my card that I have too... read more

FNBO mislead me to apply for one of their credit cards. I applied thru the prequalify link on their website, and it said that I qualified for $8,000 credit limit with a 22% APR. I received a letter in the mail to apply, and that I was one of the very few to receive that credit card offer. When I applied, I was denied. FNBO mislead me to apply for their credit cards. This is false advertising ********** on their part.

I was a loyal customer for 25 years, having tens on thousand $$ in my checking accounts with 0 interest. I paid for a hotel in Italy with the FNBO **** assuming that they do not have foreign exchange fees like any other ****. I called customer service and asked for a one-time exception and I was told NO. Closing all my accounts. This bank is pure stupidity, it's their loss. Bank was making thousand $$ loaning people the money that I kept in my checking accounts. Plenty of smart banks, no reason to do business with stupid ban... read more

Would be a zero star experience if I could. My account was closed for absolutely no reason. I had been a member in good standing for years. Came back from a vacation to find my account closed. I called and I was given absolutely no information and no way to file a report to open an investigation through the company. Customer service was absolutely awful. This is deceptive and extremely unprofessional. Consumer beware.

ABSOLUTELY terrible bank! Sent me a solicitation to apply for a 0% credit card to be used for purchases and balance transfers. I was approved for a $14,000 credit line and received my card in the mail. I decided to take advantage of the 0% balance transfer and it was denied. The denial letter was nonsense. Sent many, many emails. Spoke to many customer service representatives. NO ONE could explain why. I have an impeccable 40 year credit history and a six figure income. ********************************************** Make a large payment to pay down balance, they immediately drop the credit line to make you look like you're maxed. Been a 3 year roller coaster on my credit rating and THEY DONT CARE! ONE late payment (less than 10 days) due to switching banks (100% my fault for oversight) since opening account, STELLAR pay history otherwise, with a 728 Score and THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!! FBNO closed my **** CC acct due to too many inquiries on 9/21/21. Never had a late payment, no over limit usage, paid bill on time every month and always paid my balance to zero before the billing cycle. Never heard of such a thing done to a credit card holder in good standing. Stay away from this bank if you're a responsible credit card user.

Received letter telling me to use my card or lose it. I have been a customer since 2005. Spent thousands of dollars on interest, just an FYI, very poor service for not using my credit card for 3 months. Never missed payment.
