My credit card was randomly cancelled because they thought that I was dead. I checked with my own bank, Social Security and local funeral homes and NOT ONE OF THEM had ANY notification re: my death. They just decided to close my account based on WHAT I don't know When I called to get my questions answered was tolt that I had to send documents to prove I was alive. It's the worst bank I've ever had a card from they will shut your card off randomly without calling you I've been apart of this bank for 5 years and was treated terrible "2nd class citizen" so do not under any circumstances use that card as a back up cause it wil fail when you call to ask for help if you are in a pinch they will get back to you in a few day when they feel like it DO NOT GET ONE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Horrible company. Closed my acct they said I had too many inquiries on my credit this year. I explained I had bought 2 new cars and an RV. But that did not matter. Worst credit card ever

***************************** They offered 25,000 Sun Country air miles if you charge $1,500 with their FNBO Sun Country card within 90 days. I spent the required amount within the required time and FNBO refused to honor their promotion. Spoke to many FNBO employees at many levels and all of them refused to honor their promotion. This is an outright scam! This is not an honorable company and they totally misrepresent their special offer to lure consumers to get their credit card, charge $1,500 and pay an Annual Fee. This bank decided to close my business Credit card account after requesting documents that i paid to get notarized and summited as they requested. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Waste of time and cost me alot of money while conducting business down in Cancun Mexico. Absolutely unreasonable and unethical and the Fraud department is ********* uneducated about business.

This bank decided to close my account after I inquired about using my rewards points at a car dealership. The rewards program would double the amount of the rewards I have accumulated when used at a ***** dealership. I have had many credit cards for decades with perfect payment records and have never experienced something so underhanded as this. I had accumulated almost $70 and this is what they do. This done by a corporation is tantamount to bullying and deception. I wonder if they just don't like minorities.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE THE HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!!!!!! THEY CANCEL IT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR CARE IN THE WORLD TO YOU OR YOUR LIFE. IT IS RIGHT BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND THE HOLIDAYS AND THEY CANCELLED IT, THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANY HELP JUST READ ME THEIR SCRIPT OF WHY THEY CAN CANCEL WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I opened a credit card with First National Bank of Omaha approximately 2 months ago. I used the card several times and each time was a problem (I should have seen this coming). I attempted to log in to make a payment and when I did so I was locked out. I have called several times to resolve the situation as this has now been flagged as high risk on my credit report. Scam alert here for a terrible business operation. After having a credit card with this organization for a year plus, they sent a letter to cancel the account for no reason. Account had a credit balance, was paid on-time, every time and never missed a payment. Their own service center confirmed that they regularly cancel accounts and that my information was correct. Unbelievable!
