I have a credit score > 800 Total Utilization < 1% > 7 years of history They decreased my credit limit to 10% of the old one. The reason was laughable - recently seeing more usage on this card - guess FNBO does not like customers to use their card more. The CS agent did not care at all - kept saying: the reason is on the letter. We get the decision from credit reporting bureau which is a lie - Banks make decision on their own with info from credit reporting bureau. Again my score is > 800 TODAY Closed my account immediately ... read more

On May 29, 2022, I mailed a check (member since 2001) for $65.94 to pay my account in full. The check cleared the bank on June 6, 2022 (FNBO bought out Synchrony Bank). After the check cleared the bank and for the next four months (June, July, August, & September), I received a billing statement with a balance. As of today, the balance is showing as $39.97. Attempting to resolve this situation, I called FNBO. The first course of action I was instructed to take was to return to my physical bank to request a copy of the cleare... read more

Please spare yourself the headache. I received a credit card about 6 months ago with a 14,000.00. Credit limit. I never put more than 1200.00 on this card I paid the card off in full and they decreased my credit limit down to 500.00 not 5,000.00 but 500.00. I called their customer service which was no help at all they stated they reviewed my **** score and based on my score the decreased my limit. I said sir my credits scores are still in the 700 what are you talking about. Then he proceeded to say it's ur revolving debt. I ... read more

Stay away from this card/ company. I have had them since January. I was excited an very happy with them until, i wake up to find my avaliable credit at $0. I called they say you habe delinquencies on your account. My account was up to date. How ever being as though it was with in 6 months. Paying your account on the due date is considered past due. They do not off any txt notification, nor off automatic payments. To have accounts shut down with out notice as a small business owner. Relying on these 2 personal accounts to hel... read more

I have had credit accounts with FNBO for a year. I pay my accounts as soon as I receive my statement, and I generally pay the full balance. I have had a fine relationship with FNBO. HOWEVER- I suddenly count not access my my accounts via android or computer. It took 2 days for a rep to discover that my accounts were put 'on hold'. I spoke to the fraud department, & they could provide no logical explanation, just that it may have been randomly. I received no prior notice to this happening, which means charges made were now in... read more

I requested a credit line increase months ago, I was told I had to wait until 8/14/22 before I could request it so I did. The system automatically increased it by 450 which isn't enough. When I called in I was told that now I must wait till 12/12/22 before I could request an increase. The person I spoke to in the credit dept; interrogated me on how I got transferred to her dept.; instead of her resolving my issue and she rushed me off the phone as if I was interrupting her. I'm blown my account has been in excellent standing... read more

I did a balance transfer from my prior credit card company. I thought it had been done until I got a call from the old credit card's collections department saying I still had a balance with them. The original check has been stop paid and supposedly a new check will.be sent to clear my account. In the meantime, I have past due and late charges. I requested the balance transfer fee be waived due to it not being done correctly but I was told that wouldn't happen by the representative as well as the supervisor. I have only had t... read more

Got a credit card offer in the mail from fnbo (First National Bank of Omaha.) Went through the time and trouble to get the card because it offered a $300 sign up bonus. When I received the card, no bonus! I spoke with a representative from fnbo who said that if I fax a copy of the original offer to them they would look into it. By this time, I have thrown the offer away. Was counting on that money. Will never do business with fnbo.
