John Derobbio is very patient and polite to work with and he has your full attention and he make sure that you can get the best deal my experience with flood ford was great!!
I bought an extended warranty and tried to call the service department to see if my problem was covered under the warranty. I got a vague answer and, basically, the run around. Didn't ask questions and wasn't interested in helping me at all.
I just had the oil changed in 3 of my vehicles and everything went well as usual. It's always a great pleasure to do business down at Flood Ford.
