He was able to get the best payment option for us not just for a quick sale, but also had broken down the payments and how much we will save long-term. I've been going to Flood since I purchased my car from them. I'm very pleased with the sales and service departments. I highly recommend them.
Do not shop at Flood Ford. I leased an Escape in 2015 and when I went to trade my lease in they were the worse!!!! The sales manager and sales representative flat out lied to me and wanted a ridiculous monthly payment for an Escape that was actually cheaper then the one I currently lease. Not to mention that Chanthy the sales representative keeps harassing me via email. It's all lies. Flood Ford is not appreciative of returning customers.
