I recently purchased a 2010 mustang and the experience was rather pleasant, although we were not able to agree on a price, the following day we negotiated further and reached an agreement. Jeff Deblasio was our salesman and was very pleasant and respectable with absolutely no pressure. The finance manager was very pleasant and quite informative. The worst service department I have ever been too. The people are rude and condescending with bad attitudes . My truck was there for over a month and they still didn't fix what is wrong with it . I even heard from enterprises the car rental place that flood uses . That 90% of the customers that get rentals say that they will never use flood again and I don't blame them . Flood sales department is great but the service department needs some serious work . I would never recommend them to anyone !!
Always exceptional service at Flood Ford. I've followed Mike Coleman for years and he has always made my experiences top notch. Today I picked up my 2012 Taurus Limited and couldn't be happier.

I took my new Explorer in for scheduled routine service this morning. The new drive-in service department was outstanding, personnel wonderful and maintenance completed on schedule. Car returned back into the enclosed service area for pick up, all washed and ready to go. Very strong customer Service, thank you!
Very rude to my girlfriend after she told them they had neglected to tighten the front lug nuts. Not to mention when she got it we had to go back because,there's a scraping noise in the rear that they still didn't fix .now the warranties up but they don't care all they need is a sale and they're done with you would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't bring your car there for service!
Sales treated me great but service was horrible ! Purchased a used car a few months ago heard a noise was told it was the breaks and was fixed ! Not even a week later I'm driving on the highway with my 3yr old and me 8 months pregnant, the noise was so loud I pulled over. Come to find out the lug nuts were loose ! When I called to tell them they almost killed a whole family they did not care what so ever ! It's disgusting that something so simple as making sure all nuts are tighten, isn't something that's on there to do list... read more
