I've been going to Flood since I purchased my car from them. I'm very pleased with the sales and service departments. I highly recommend them.
Do not shop at Flood Ford. I leased an Escape in 2015 and when I went to trade my lease in they were the worse!!!! The sales manager and sales representative flat out lied to me and wanted a ridiculous monthly payment for an Escape that was actually cheaper then the one I currently lease. Not to mention that Chanthy the sales representative keeps harassing me via email. It's all lies. Flood Ford is not appreciative of returning customers. I love my f150. Service from Ken Wylie was superb, and Paulet was amazing as well. I will always buy my Fords from flood.
Process takes for and just a heads up get everything you need the day of before you take delivery of the car because it's very hard to get anything done afterward
I worked with Rob Bell to lease an F150. This was my first time leasing. He answered all my questions and laid out my options clearly so that I could make an educated decision between buying and leasing. Entire process took 2 days- Once my decision was made, I drove off in my new truck the following day.
Thanks to all especially John Derobbio and Joe Pezza for getting the car I wanted and making the purchase process quick and easy.
