Process takes for and just a heads up get everything you need the day of before you take delivery of the car because it's very hard to get anything done afterward

I worked with Rob Bell to lease an F150. This was my first time leasing. He answered all my questions and laid out my options clearly so that I could make an educated decision between buying and leasing. Entire process took 2 days- Once my decision was made, I drove off in my new truck the following day.

Friendly staff. Needed the car to be evaluated, but the tech did not seem to hear same noise I did. Follow up was timely, and offer to have service tech ride with me in car to determine cause of noise.
