Our experience at Flood Ford was great. All their employees were pleasant and helpful. The salesman Bob Bell went over and above, he was kind, courteous and attentive. He took time to explain all the info on the Ford C-Max and paired our phones. Listened and responded when we had questions. When it is time to buy another car we will head to Flood and ask for Bob and we will tell our family and friends about Flood Ford East Greenwich and Bob.
Absolutely horrible. My car has been in the service department for a safety issue for exactly a month today. I had to call anytime I wanted an update and was always told they would call me back which never happened. Today I call and say I am going to just come get it and take it home, magically a valve was replaced and I now owe the deductible for my warranty. I explicitly said do not replace parts unless I am notified before hand, so again I was ignored. I purchased the car from Flood Ford but will never return for any futu... read more
