This is mainly about the service Dept, however it is also related to leasing with them. I am currently leasing a 2018 Ford Explorer and the navigation screen went out. The car only had 16000 miles and I was told the soonest appointment would be over 2 weeks. It’s very frustrating seeing as how I am leasing through flood. Thankfully Tasca Ford was able to squeeze me in within 2 days.
