This is mainly about the service Dept, however it is also related to leasing with them. I am currently leasing a 2018 Ford Explorer and the navigation screen went out. The car only had 16000 miles and I was told the soonest appointment would be over 2 weeks. It’s very frustrating seeing as how I am leasing through flood. Thankfully Tasca Ford was able to squeeze me in within 2 days.

Great people to deal with By far my easiest car buy experience ever, and I've bought a bunch! Only complaint was that the truck I purchased did not have the locking lug key on board. So now it will cost me a little to get them removed and replaced.

Very easy to work with, shopped around quite a bit before buying. Only issue, was finance people were busy with other people and it took longer than I wanted. Marc my salesman was very helpful. As was Paulette the finance person
