John DeRobbio is the guy to see. I was very specific with the options I wanted in my new vehicle. He tracked it down to be sure I had everything! We worked by appointments so I didn’t have to sit around and wait, everything went very smooth. I hadn’t purchased a vehicle in about 20 years, leased . I have confidence this will be the best yet. Seriously, WHAT does it take to get your car serviced??? I had an appointment for Friday with @Flood Ford East Greenwich and they told me that they needed to drop my car off an they may get to it by Tuesday or Wednesday WITHOUT giving me any loaner vehicle?? I ask to speak to the Service Manager who NEVER called me back!!! I then called the “Concierge” number and spoke to a WONDERFUL gentleman named Logan..who did the proper thing and referred me to the Regional Manager who admitted in her voicemail to me that SHE couldn’t g... read more

Just want to thank the fine folks at Flood Ford , especially John D. and John Z. I know it’s second nature to them but buying a new car can be somewhat nerve racking. They along with everyone we spoke with made the experience so much easier. Even talking on the phone with staff members,everyone was so accommodating, professional and polite.
