I had the one of the best car buying experiences with Flood Ford. From April in the internet sales department getting them to drive the color vehicle I wanted to the other lot so I could compare them, to dealing with Jim Siler and Jason working on the pricing for me to get me where I wanted to be. I really have to say they went above and beyond for me!

First class experience. Professional, courteous, and relatively fast. If you have to wait for your car, they have a very comfortable waiting room. I could buy a ford anywhere but I choose to get service at Flood.
I like bringing my car in because all the service department reps are helpful and friendly!! There was a small scheduling problem, which meant they kept my car longer than I was originally told. They did fix the issue with my car, but I wouldn’t recommend buying a 2014 focus. The issues with the transmission and clutch have been a super pain. I have had to bring my car in at least 4 times in the past year and a half.
I had the easiest and most pleasurable experience at Flood Ford! I honestly have to say this was my best vehicle purchase in my life. Thanks Jason Arruda!
Highly recommend Flood Ford!! Amazing experience. From the moment we walked in the door to the second we walked out the door our experience was great. Everyone was friendly and Chase was incredible. He listened to what we wanted and got right down to business. We got a brand new car with an excellent warranty! I will refer all my friends to Flood in the future and won't go to another dealership myself. I will definitely go see Chase again soon :)
