Once deal was done noticed few things that weren't fixed n sale person started to get loud once I mentioned it. Not professional. Won't go back ever again not even for service.
BEWARE of their trade in events where they offer you x% more than market value for your vehicle. Flood's website links you to kbb's to determine trade in value before you arrive. Long story short, they offered me about $2700 less than KBB value. Even did the evaluation with the sales representative on his computer. My husband and I just purchased a BRAND NEW F-150 XLT! Upon purchase we decided to have the dealership install a back up camera and a break controller (for towing our camper), with the confidence that we'd be getting genuine Ford products. However if I would have known the products they were installing was something I could buy myself at Walmart or on Amazon I would never have had them added for an additional 1K! Less than poor service om a warranted Edge for my nephew and his family. Flood has had their car for 5 weeks and aftet 3 tries cannot fix and now say won't fix. 2 offers for a loaner and then refused. My 4 year old special needs neice is not getting her thertapies because flood just can't get it done. Wake up Flood and do the right thing here. This car is warranted. I ill never consider a car purchase from your dealership and willpass this along to friends and family
