Absolutely horrible. My car has been in the service department for a safety issue for exactly a month today. I had to call anytime I wanted an update and was always told they would call me back which never happened. Today I call and say I am going to just come get it and take it home, magically a valve was replaced and I now owe the deductible for my warranty. We continue to get great service from Flood Ford. It begins with the professionalism of Mike Coleman during the purchase phase and then continues with the awesome customer service and scheduling assistance with get with Sarah Anderson. We appreciate their attention to detail and assistance at every step of the way.
Once deal was done noticed few things that weren't fixed n sale person started to get loud once I mentioned it. Not professional. Won't go back ever again not even for service.
BEWARE of their trade in events where they offer you x% more than market value for your vehicle. Flood's website links you to kbb's to determine trade in value before you arrive. Long story short, they offered me about $2700 less than KBB value. Even did the evaluation with the sales representative on his computer. When he saw the number he backtracked and said Flood determines their own market value.
