My husband and I just purchased a BRAND NEW F-150 XLT! Upon purchase we decided to have the dealership install a back up camera and a break controller (for towing our camper), with the confidence that we'd be getting genuine Ford products. However if I would have known the products they were installing was something I could buy myself at Walmart or on Amazon I would never have had them added for an additional 1K! Less than poor service om a warranted Edge for my nephew and his family. Flood has had their car for 5 weeks and aftet 3 tries cannot fix and now say won't fix. 2 offers for a loaner and then refused. My 4 year old special needs neice is not getting her thertapies because flood just can't get it done. Wake up Flood and do the right thing here. This car is warranted. I ill never consider a car purchase from your dealership and willpass this along to friends and family
very poor service! No call backs! Flood Ford has had vehicle under warranty for 5 weeks! no answers. Poor response to phone calls! Will not give loaner although offered. Its incredible! I have called numerous times and I am not given respect of an answer! special needs child in need of services not receiving because of this issue. Service Manager is avoiding any answers! crazy!!! I have to give poor service! Would like to give lower than that

A big thank you to Danielle and Amanda on EXCELLENT customer service and for accommodating my family with an issue while my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport is getting looked at. I will definitely lease with them again when my lease is up.
Worst dealership I have ever done business with. Stay far away from this place when looking to purchase a vehicle. Not sure how a place this terrible is still open.
Terrible experience. My son blows a rear tire on his fusion hybrid. The fact that this vehicle does not come equipped with a spare tire was not explained and the option to purchase one was not presented to us at the time we purchased the vehicle. We discover this nifty aspect to the vehicle on the side of the highway. Customer service was anything but.
