Can't say enough good things about the folks at Flood. I recently had my 2010 F150 in for service. My Service rep. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I had a recall on my Focus... something to do with an electronic part on the automatic transmission. When the recall was done, I was told the clutch had already been damaged. It would be 8 to 12 weeks for the new parts. I expressed concern about driving it, because I have had a lost power while accelerating. The reply was that the car was "fine." Well the problem is getting worse, and they will not offer me a loaner vehicle, even when I called AGAIN to say that the car is getting worse. Very irresponsible.

Worked with a fantastic salesman but customer service definitely dropped as soon as we signed the paperwork. Still waiting on registration and tags, plus still can't get the code to the door pad. You should not have to take weeks to get into service to get this done. I personally feel it should have been supplied up front like promised.

Be really careful of the extras they sell you. Make sure you get everything in writting or you may find yourself in a bait and switch situation. Got their Ford Advantage plan. Was told it cover paint chips for the first year. Guess what it does not. Took a day out of work for no reason. They are fixing it but now I have to go two days without my car.
