Place is garbage, bought my car from here and the main ground wire to the motor was cut and nothing they said they would do happened! 32 point inspection yeahhhhh.. Never will go or buy from here again.. Save yourself the trouble if u have a car in mind think twice..

Deplorable customer service. Took me two weeks to get an appointment for my 2013 Ford Taurus, company car. I had an appointment at 7:30am Monday morning and by Tuesday evening my vehicle had still not made to the repair shop. Michael, the service guy said they had more pressing issues than my vehicle. He in fact repeated this to me several times. In other words, Flood Ford had bigger ticket repairs than mine. Since it's a company car, their pricing for repairs will be regulated. I wouldn't have came here if I didn't get a free oil change coupon.. That covered Half of the total charge. I won't be returning.
