Called today to have work done on my 2008 Expedition. Was told that they do not work on Ford vehicles older than 2010 that were not purchased there. Pretty piss poor as far as I'm concerned that they won't work on their own product. My vehicle has 105k miles on it, and it has a KNOWN FORD PROBLEM! You have lost a potential customer forever, and will be sure to let others know.
