yes I recommend Flood Ford. it was my first experience and I must say that the staff were fair, kind, respectful and professional. I had a sense that they were treating me like a family member. it sounds crazy but I had that gut feeling.

Had to take my car to Tasca to resolve all the service issues flood ford did to my car, never have had any luck with the service at Flood and always requires multiple visits with them to get it right. I will be using Tasca for service and my next purchase.
Bought my first vehicle from Flood Ford! Gotta say it was the easiest time I have ever had buying a new vehicle! I test drove four trucks the night I was there and Mike did an awesome job explaining everything about each truck. Then Chase did an awesome job explaining all the features about the truck I bought! I found that the whole sales staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely buy another truck from them!

We bought a 2008 Ford Escape in 2008 & had it for 10 years and Flood Ford was the only one who ever touched this car. My husband was happy with the Services Dept. However: 2018 - We bought a used 2008 Ford Edge (not from Flood) and wanted to have it serviced at FLOOD FORD. They do not services vehicles over 10 years old and refused to service the car. Buying a new Ford soon for me, but it will not be from FLOOD.
