Robert Bell was an absolute professional and a friendly guy. We built a relationship which made it easy to purchase the car. I appreciate his help and his honesty. when I bought my I signed a contract, long story but the car didn't show up for 4 months during this time the dealership was very accommodating when the car arrived they tried to screw me out of $6000 in rebates 2 years later they still are dishonest and will not tell me what happened to the car in those 4 months, they only say it was lost find it hard to believe a$30,000 vehicle could be lost for 4 months

This is the second car I have purchased from Flood. Brought it in for service last week and got a call yesterdy that it was ready. I get in the car and turn on the AC and the same high pitch whine is there. Brought it right back. Just got a phone call and was told that ALL Focuses make that whine when the AC is on high. My first one didn't. I am so disgusted. I won't be buying my next car here.

Good morning Shae, I received your voicemail this morning as well, but figured I would publicly reply to your review. I reviewed your comments with your Service Advisor, Austin. He explained that we are going to replace the blower motor a second time, in hopes that this lessens the concerning noise. As he mentioned, our technician did sit in a few other like model Focus’s, which had a similar blower motor noise when the A/C was on the highest setting. I recently had an awful experience with these guys ! Reached out Saturday about a Jeep on their lot and due to time we were unable to schedule a time to see it. The sales person told us he would give us a call at 5p to let us know if it sold so that if it didn’t we could schedule an appointment first thing today - never called. We called right as they opened today and we were told by the same salesman that we could come up as soon as possible so we jumped in our car to get up there for 9:30. Last week I purchased a 2020 F150 from Flood Ford. The entire experience from the test drive to sales to financing was wonderful. Marc Cronhimer, my salesman was great to work with, very laid back and was not pushy in any way. Paulette Matteson was super helpful with financing, warranties, and service plans. To top everything off, today I received a call from Sirius XM that Flood Ford let them know to cancel the service I had active on the Jeep I traded in.
