This was a great experience-no hassle, no quibbling, just smooth service. Dennis Bonner and her assistant were marvelous. Dale the sales manager was, as always, a delight to talk with and the finance guy was so friendly and organized. I actually thought of shopping around but the process with Fletcher was so professional and expeditious that I lost any inklings of shopping elsewhere.

Best Service Writer Stephanie . Have a S63 that needed a D service, so all I ever have to do is to call Stephanie H. and she takes it from there. She has the technician do a thorough inspection and reports back to me in a timely fashion in order to clear the air. A quick discussion on priorities and cost get the ball rolling and then the call to pick it up. Enough said...
