Purchase of S Class This is hands down the best place to buy any car let alone a Mercedes Benz. From Kamran Tabesh to Reza Sedehi to Ed Kogan it was an excellent experience. The S550 was my fifth purchase from FJ Mercedes and it was as delightful and enjoyable as the first purchase. Would I do it again? Exceptional Service This was my first time taking my vehicle to FJ. I've heard nothing but good things about there service. I was not disappointed at all. From the start to finish I received exceptional service. I'm changing my service location to FJ. I also signed up for the savings card. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Customer's Beware! Beware of this dealership's customer service!!!! I had a horrible and unacceptable experience at Fletcher Jones this past February 10th, 2015. I have been going to Stahl Motors Mercedes Benz In Monterey, California for years and had nothing but rave reviews to report. I moved to Los Angeles and tried Fletcher Jones. What a mistake! Mercedes charged me over $400 to look at my car and tell me what I already knew the at the car would eventually need a new transmission. Don at DDK and Aamco do that for free. I... read more

FJMC inspected the vehicle and determined the following to be the cause: FJMC found engine to REV and vehicle to not accelerate, performed short test found code 0894, processed fault code. Per SDS checked transmission fluid level, found fluid level low. Corrected fluid level and test drove vehicle. Found customer concern still occurs, removed transmission oil pan found no metal shavings.... read more

Service B on C300 I had to go out of town for a few days. So I used the Fletcher Jones airport shuttle for the first time while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend taking advantage of that. Short wait time to and from airport. Very courteous employees. I cant wait to upgrade my car from at C to a CLS someday with Fletcher Jones.
