Great customer service I recently purchased a certified, pre-owned Mercedes from Josh Evans at Fletcher Jones. Josh provided exceptional customer service, listened to my requirements, showed me appropriate cars, and made sure I understood how to work all the gadgets in the car before leaving the dealership. David in finance also did a great job explaining everything as we closed the deal. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones for a great car buying experience.

Highly recommend Service is always very good, well trained personnel , who can quickly pinpoint a problem or answer any concerns. For the most recent service I took my car in for what I thought was a worn down brake pad, the service advisor immediately spotted a bubble developing on my front tire and he suggested I must have hit a pothole. Sure enough I had forgotten about the pothole. Car detail work is also better than any area car detail shops.

Purchase of S Class This is hands down the best place to buy any car let alone a Mercedes Benz. From Kamran Tabesh to Reza Sedehi to Ed Kogan it was an excellent experience.
