Fletcher Jones, Ritz Carlon of Mercedes Benz service As usual on my 2nd car purchase this labor day weekend at Fletcher Jones, it was another "Ritz Carlton" concierge service! Awesome experience Really 5 star service, I bought a new GL450 and the level of attention and transparency is just outstanding. In the end, it is all about people's touch and Mr. Arash Hashemi has done a fantastic job.

It was my first MB and i'm glad i met these gentlemen at Flethcer Jones Mike McMullen and Justin at Fletcher Jones were very helpful. Justin took me and my girlfriend and my dad to the car field to check all the vehicles available and willingly gave me all the needed information in order to find the right car for us.
