Working with Pon Chen was a great experience I showed up by accident on an event night. Despite that Pon Chen my salesperson was insanely great at taking care of me. Keep in mind I was in cargo shorts a AMG F1 jacket and tennis shoes. So I didn't in anyway look like I could afford coffee let along a 100K car. PON was patient. He was attentive. First class all the way Just went to dealership for a test drive (MB was not on the top of my list), but within 48 hrs I was driving off the lot in my brand new 2016 E350 station wagon. Extremely knowledgeable salesman (Blake); no pressure from sales mgr (Frank), and we made a very fair deal (with the help of discounts from partner United Mileage Plus). This is my 3rd purchase at Fletcher Jones and I highly recommend this dealer.

Sales and Service review Excellent service and attention to my entire party. We bought five cars and Ihab really took car of us. The general manager (Garth) even personally took time to ensure everything we needed was taken care of.

TONY is by far the worst service rep ever! My SL550 was turned into the service department on Oct 12th. I needed 2 tires/2 wheels replaced and run test because the engine service light was illuminated. I called several times and finally 7 days later Tony calls with an update to let me know they were just starting to work on my car. A week later I can't get an update. No return calls. Service coordinator said, "Tony said he will call you back in 20 mins". He never calls. Finally he calls me back on Oct 28th. He said, "they re... read more
