Thomas Carnevale - WOW We cannot say enough about the professional manner in which Thomas interacts with his clients. He is knowledgeable, a wonderful listener, caring and does everything he can to insure that the customer feels like they are a winner. Driveline Repair We had a vibration in the driveline of our 2006 C280. It took some time for them to diagnose the exact cause of the vibration but they were tenacious in respect to finding the problem. They allowed us to have a 2016 loaner car for the duration of the repair. Service advisor Dan Schmidt went out of his way to make sure we were not inconvenienced. The car now drives as smooth as the day we bought it.

Leasing my new E400 I have to admit getting a new car is not always my favorite experience. However Fletcher Jones helps make it a smoother process.
