Service while away Service performed while we were away for Thanksgiving holiday. Car picked up from airport shuttle lot and serviced. Online communication during service time and online payment. Great job Randy.

Excellent Car Buying Experience After driving BMWs for 29 years I am now a Mercedes girl! John Halaka with the help of his sales manager Kush and delivery specialist Josh helped my husband and I buy my first Mercedes. Starting with John the entire experience was terrific. We went car shopping with our dog Max. We even test drove the cars with Max! We bought a 400E convertible, got the best price and drove the car off in rapid time. Working with Pon Chen was a great experience I showed up by accident on an event night. Despite that Pon Chen my salesperson was insanely great at taking care of me. Keep in mind I was in cargo shorts a AMG F1 jacket and tennis shoes. So I didn't in anyway look like I could afford coffee let along a 100K car. PON was patient. He was attentive.
