Dan Schmidt and the FJMB Service Team are the best! I own several FJMB purchased vehicles, so often i am in the service department for routine service and on occasion for repair. What I value most is the level of communication, professionalism and friendly I see with most everyone I come in contact with. Dan does an exceptional job, always!

Coolest new SL This is the 6th SL I have had and each is a noticeable improvement from the last. The only thing that can't improve is the service. Always the best!

Fiore Mercedes C300 We recently leased a C300 from FJ. Our salesperson was Jeremy Jeremic with whom we had previously purchased our R350 a few years ago.I had previously owned a 1999 BMW 528i that I purchased from Irvine BMW 17 years ago. I went back to Irvine BMW and they offered me a great deal on their 328i. Great Customer Service! Tommy Tran from Fletcher Jones Motorcars Newport Beach is fantastic! He was able to get the car I was looking for in minutes (which another dealership I was talking to was unable to find for 3 days) and we were able to make a deal a few minutes later. Afterwards, he drove the car to personally deliver it to me at my workplace. Tommy made things extremely easy and convenient. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a Mercedes to buy from Fletcher Jones and to talk to Tommy Tran; he's your man!

A solid car buying experience Fletcher Jones has a very fine reputation, and my recent experience there reflected that reputation. My hunch is that they really place the customer service experience at the center of what they do. Some of us would rather have root canal work than go buy a car. But they make it (the car buying, not the root canal) as painless as possible. It doesn't hurt that they have a great product to boot.
