My Steve Henry Steve Henry is the best service technician in the world! Although we live in La Jolla, we continue to bring both of our Mercedes to Fletcher Jones for required service. Have been doing this since 2005. Steve Henry is extremely well informed on all aspects of Car and Customer Service....always a job well done! 2008 ML63 Service and Repair Experience at FJ Mercedes in Newport Beach Awesome service from the best service advisor, Steve Bates, their AMG service specialist. Great complementary loaner car - 2016 GLA250. Service and repair on my left front air strut performed promptly and vehicle returned to me problem free and clean!
