My 10 & 11yr old rated it a 1! DANGEROUS & DIRTY! 3yr old drowned in the 8' pool, my 12 yr old broke his toe on a waterslide, & several kids, including my 11yr old were bleeding from scrapes from the too shallow lazy river (3'-4' is standard, theirs is 2'6")...and they actually made us BUY OUR OWN FIRST AID KIT IN THEIR TINY STORE. This was the worst hotel & water park experience ever. First room's WATER PIPES WERE BROKEN 2nd room's SOFA BED WAS BROKEN 3rd room's FLOORS WERE DIRTY with a film of mud. The pictures of this place should be updated.... old run down...rooms are nicer in the picture. Had to switch rooms.... just horrible...on the bright side the front desk ppl r nice....i feel bad that they work here!! Glad we were only staying 1night....will never come back!
I am satisfied with the resort. The rooms are clean, me and my son are enjoying the waterpark area. And most of all I got a GREAT deal. For 5days/4 nights & 4 waterpark tickets daily, I paid a total of $224 and that included taxes and resort fees. The only complaint is the games in the game room cheat you out of your tickets.
I bit disappointed! Lobby bathrooms not working. The waterpark have cabanas which we were asked to exit four hours after being here!! What a crock!!! Apparently you have to rent them but at no time did I see information about renting them I assumed they were first come first serve. My first time on vacation with my family. I will definitely be trying another resort. Smoking people every where. When I originally booked my room I booked it one week before I should have. This was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in! The carpet was black no remote for the tv,the walls are paper thin the pool doesn't open till 11 so you can't use the pool if your not staying .like on your check out day. I think this place focus's its money on the pool area only and not the rooms. Oh and they were out of towels at the pool all day I asked about 5 times. Great place to take the kids for a weekend get away. Staff very friendly and the dancers at the pool party really add to a fun atmosphere. I would definitely go again. My kids had a blast and they even got slimmed during one of the games. Prices at the tiki bar and restaurant where pleasantly reasonable. Only thing that was a turn off was the arcade. No ventilation whatsoever and the chemical smell was so overwhelming I walked in and right back out. Rooms where clean and came with a safe, refrigerator and microwave.
This was literally one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. One of my girlfriends found this hotel and from the pictures, it looked amazing! Then we got here. The rooms were okay (to say the least) but our AC unit is busted (and yes, I said is and not was because I'm laying in my room right now) the phone doesn't really work (had to rely on speaker phone which was nothing but static) called down about the AC and a guy came to look at it then left without saying a word. The worst ever !! Never again waterpark was not included after shown on the adds .. Dirty Nast motel stay far far away!!!!!
