Been here not as pack as the ones in orlando so it was perfect def referring my sis
The room service was not so good, neither was the breakfast buffet.... But overall the experience was OK...
I booked through groupon. Awesome place for the kiddos...definitely recommend. Clean rooms, great staff. The only reason I give it 3 stars is due to the restaurant and tiki bar not open during the week and things close down early. Don't buy universal tickets at the hotel double the price.
I booked my room online and pre paid. But when I checked in I was charged an extra $8 a day, almost $65 more that I wasn't expecting. I was also told that the water park was included and it was not. Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us free passes for the water park for only 3 days ( we're staying for a total of 7 days ) I only got vouchers for 2 adults and 2 kids, I have 3 kids so I have to pay $10 a day for my extra child. The actual hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures!!! Plus have to pay a resort fee when arriving at hotel thats not included in online rate... not very clean and sanitary either... the tiki bar they advertise is only open on weekends... the "movies" they advertise for kids fun night are not the movies they show... We just stayed here with our family... 3 rooms all together. Our rooms stunk and was so dirty, in fact, our bathroom was NEVER cleaned before we arrived. Oh but they stuck the "it's clean" seal around the toilet!! There was pubic hairs and puddles of pee that had been there a while considering it was dried and gooey yellow pee at the base and side of the toilet next to the tub. None of our doors would shut and properly lock. The locking latched had been ripped off or only half of it was there in our rooms, our fridge leaked ... read more
I am here right now and so far so good! $65 a night including all fees off of groupon. I can't complain one bit! my 6yr old and my 11yr old are really enjoying it! sheets are clean, and white .. room is squeaky clean and modernized. so far no rats or roaches or ants or anything of the sort that was claimed of from last year.
