The room was clean but the pizza was just terrible and the lady at the bar was too busy yapping to notice us, serve us, or care.
You know, pages like this have problems. Our room was fine. Had to get fresh towels, well staffed. Food was above average. Went through Expedia and got a fair price.
This place is disgusting. ..my room was infested with German roaches! Plus the lazy river is foggy water, with dirty weave floating in it! I was terrified that I was going to get a bacterial infection . Price was cheaper than others but by the time you bye a wrist band for that Chinsey water park for the family you might as well have paid to go some where nicer! Big dissapoinment and very ghetto. NEVER AGAIN!

I took my daughter to Flamingo and we had a very nice time. She loved the water play areas and the pool. We met some really nice people there as well. Our room was nice and the a/c worked great for us.
I Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that has kids that are infants, toddlers and 10 yrs and under, all four of my kids had a blast! The check in lines were too long and took awhile to actually check in so they do need to work on that. All the employees were very nice and helpful.
Horrible! Half the slides weren't working. A kid pooped in the play area and it took almost an hour for them to clean it! It was too loud, after bedtime, music everywhere. We checked out the next morning instead of staying the 2 more nights we booked!! Spend the extra money and go to coco key! Much better experience!
Its OK because the pool us dirty a little bit and you have to pay for mostly everything in the room like if you don't have a phone you have to pay for the phone also the rides stop in the middle or it slows down and It is small but the hotel is really clean and it has a good quality
This place seriously sucks. The ac units are old creaky and don't put out enough cool air to beat the heat. You pay wayyyy too much for anything the water park was a sorry excuse because the water was hot and cloudy not to mention over crowded. The lazy river and slides look fantastic in the pictures but are small and look like they might bust at any second. Some worker lady bust in the room and almost got mooned with bad timing asking if we had enough towels and soap without knocking or anything. Over all it was HORRID
