I would not come back to this place if they offered a free room to come back. This place is in serious disrepair. These pictures are photoshopped. The first room we had smelled like cigarette smoke, very heavy. We complained And got a new room. They said that was why we could not get our room at check in time, they were trying to clean it. They should have never let us in that room. The bunk beds had a throw blanket for the kids to sleep with. Never again!

I am here now at the water park. The park and pool are very clean. Staff is also extremely accommodating. The tiki bar has great food. We will stay here again. Price was extremely reasonable.
We had a great time! Never had any issues. Clean room and friendly staff. Great prices! Will for sure return!!

In a pinch for a room, my friend and I were able to crash here for a night, and couldn't have been more impressed. Actually have planned our 2016 trip around this hotel!

I liked their bar but kids weren't tall enough for the water slides at 5 and 3 and our microwave sounds like a nuclear bomb

We are currently staying at the flamingo resort. We picked this place due to the nice waterpark especially for our 3 year old. The waterpark is open from 11 am - 5 pm. Unfortunately the park is not open ( not even in opening hours).......Apparently 22 degrees Celsius is to cold to open the waterpark. We are so disappointed. Luckely the staff does not give a f**k So jokes are on us. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just not good enough! A formel complaint will be send to management.

Where does one begin? We clearly picked this destination for a reason - water park n pool. Let's start by when we arrived , not told there was an additional "18.03" resort fee per day , so we paid it, checked in while driving around the building to go to our room there was a huge party of people outback as we drove by a chair was thrown at us, as we were approaching our room we informed a staff member n he chuckled n went on his way!
