I know this place has bad reviews but I thinks it's under new management because we are currently vacationing here and my kids are having a blast... The wait for the room was looking but I didn't mind because it was being cleaned and they did an great job... Lots of things for the kids to do... And I'm satisfied.. My family will return
First this is not a resort, the picture that they have in their website is not what this hotel is at all. I think motel 6 is better than this place. When we did our reservation she asked for a king size bed, because of our 1 year old son, and we got 2 queen bed. The whole place is just old, bad, small. The food is horrible. I don't even know where to start OK first of all the shuttle bus driver was bad he texted and drove he rolled peoples bumpers and he was never ever ever ever on time to pick us up. He also kind of creep me out because when he is taking us to the airport for an extra $40 charge by the way and to be picked up early if you're sick is an action for you Dolly church anyways he told me all I want you to sit up front you sicko. This is a cool little spot. We took a getaway to relax in the sun and splash in the water with our 11 month old. They had everything we needed. A couple of adult slides and a little kiddie area. It's not a Wet and Wild but we were not expecting that. The tiki bar is really nice and the staff was very friendly. The price is very affordable and close to International drive. We will visit again
The only reason my rating is a 3 because my kids had a fun time at the water park. We had to change rooms due to the fact our AC wast working right and when my husband took a look at it, it was INFESTED with mold and we was in there for a few hours before we moved rooms. I can only hope no one in my family gets sick. I didn't even get the difference in my money back when I was down graded rooms. It's not handicap accommodation only one elevator nothing else
The price is nice 100 dollars for a night - you can use waterpark early arrival and then after check out this is awesome and needed because park is only till6 room was clean - shower in room needed fixing - guests next door was alarm at 7 am with family quarrel -hot tub not able to be in after six this is a huge issues for a night away for residents -two free cabanas if you get there first early- supervision in park very limited kids crazy in river - no outside food allowed - said water would be 70- first night yes second da... read more
