I should have read reviews on here prior to booking our mini vacation. My husband and I were celebrating our 3rd anniversary and decided to take our son here for a weekend vacation. Friday night at 7:30pm called the front desk for bath towels. 10pm called again because they never showed up. 11pm called Again. Never received them until 2 more calls the next morning. We stayed at the resort over Memorial Day weekend, so we expected it to be busy. However, the amount of rooms they have, creates complete over-crowding at the VERY small waterpark and pool. The lazy river was so small and crowded that there was no room to move. The employees were friendly, the room was spacious and had a small refrigerator and microwave. This is my 2nd night here. Everything has been wonderful. The staff has been helpful & polite! My kids have had a wonderful time. We definitely plan to taken return!
Place was horrible.charged my room 200 dollars because of marijuana smell when I don't even smoke... All they want is to get every dollar they can from you.
I stay from may 4 to the 16 i have a good time i dont have complain the staff what real nice the price is not to bad the only thing they have to work is to have elevator those step kill u to bring up and down the luggage but other than that everything ok my room was clean everyday if i have to come back again i be here
Not the best but certainly not the worst....I had a good time, the staff were friendly and the people there were very nice. The rooms, especially the beds, could've been better but all in all a very nice relaxing weekend.
I'm glad that after reading all the reviews my experience was totally different... I'm staying till sunday buy since check in on friday my 2 biggest complaints would definitely be that $100 deposit hold bc that something I never had to do before and that they ran out of towels and we had to wait an hour for more. Never heard of no mess like that... However I found the rooms clean,comfortable and my daughter and her friends along with my husband and mom had a great time. Im in vacation right now ..i would like to know how i can report its no water every morning when we wake up..then the ac dont work correctly i had 4 kids staying this hotel

Good room for the price. Convenient for family to get to attractions. Staff was kind and considerate. We had some weather issues the last day at resort, and front desk and towel girls were more than happy to provide alternate ideas. Juan at front desk was great.
