Rooms was clean was scared after some bad reviews I read. But no bedbugs beds was nice and comfortable. Would stay again.
My son had a blast great hotel for kids for the right price only problem was the ac was not cold at all other then that huge hotel with tons of activities for kids
The waterpark came highly recommend, it was a GREAT choice....Granbabies ❤️'D it...������

The waterpark is definitely what brought us here, and we're disappointed that the waterpark/slides close at 6:30pm on the weekends.
Nastiest hotel I have ever been to! The rooms smelt like mold so bad, You could not even enjoy the pool it was so dirty the deck and the bounce house had busted up diapers all over. I would never go back and defiantly would never recommend this place to anyone! If you want to go to a water park resort go to coco key.
I stood here for 1 week i was so scared because of the bad reviews..but I can say it was awesome I arrived early and Front Desk worker Juan was great he was concerned that I had to young children with me and had me a room ready at an early check-in...the staff Super friendly and rooms are nice..there should be upgrades done the beds are not pillow top there a bit uncomfortable I think the loung chair in water Park should be just one color waterproof...but my overall experience was great the kids had a blast in the water Park... read more
We go to the flamingo park at least three times a year and the last time we went we were not treated great at all! We live 5 minutes from the resort and stay there when family comes down to visit for normally a great time. At the time of our last visit I had a 4 month old baby so we rented a cabana to keep her from the sun thinking we bought it ($100 for the day I can't exactly remember) to be able to eat under the cabana since there were multiple families around us with coolers, their own food from outside the park, and cak... read more
Just stayed the weekend had a blast!!! Very clean great Price . Super friendly staff from front destination to Maitnance.
