I stayed there earlier this year. It's too bad that my experience didn't go so well because the concept of the hotel with the waterpark is great. I got bed bugs that bit me while sleeping all over my neck and chest. I went to the office to speak to the manager however they were on vacation so I showed the supervisor. I was surprised that he didn't even offer another room. I also had some problems with the cleaning staff. I had my "Do Not Disturb Sign" up. Room was super clean! Bed was really hard, had an a joining room so we could the people talking next to us. That was my only two complaints but for a 2 night stay it was not bad. The staff was excellent and friendly. We ate breakfast once and it was great! The fruit smoothies are freshly made, that was refreshing! Would stay again.

Came down to Florida from Canada never been here. Pretty decent place. Did have some issues with the water park but other than that ok place.
It's not a resort. It's a cheaper hotel with a few water slides and several swimming pools. There is also no WiFi in our room and the beds are quite firm, not incredibly soft by any means. Also, the "water park" closes at 6:30 while the swimming pools close at only 10 PM, when the Wyndham in Orlando closes their pools even later. My family and I stayed for 8 nights and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! Park was great! Heated pool and waterpark! Would defiantly recommend this to everyone! Will be coming back Forsure :)
we have been there three times this year we live about two hours away worth the drive my kids love it very very friendly always asking if we needed anything Thank you for the Awesome time will be back
Very fun environment for kids as for adults, wonderful customer service very clean rooms.

It's what you pay for. $73, didn't expect too much. Did the king tub and bed. Didn't exactly feel clean. But it wasn't gross. They do portray it better online though.
