I would give it a zero if I could. We didn't even stay the night. Walked in to our room and found it to be infested with cockroaches and a huge blood stain on the carpet. Disgusting. Went to check in and demanded our money back and told them what the problem was. They didn't even act surprised.
We stayed at the resort in Kissimmee. VERY DISSSAPOINTED The place was a dump. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures showed.
Well this place needs a lot of attention, it well run down, the beds are uncomfortable, the walls need painting, the bathroom needs updating, the carpets smell, behind the bed smells awful, the front door didn't close right, the television didn't have good reception, the wifi was terrible, that's the inside!! My daughter and I had great time and met great new friends.
It was okay. Rooms a little out dated, had to complain about very noisy small fridge which was not taken care of, water park was not well maintained, but the staff was nice. For the same price we've stayed at the Holiday Inn Waterpark Orlando and it was AWESOME!

The toilet kept getting stopped up no complimentary breakfast no one really spoke English but the water park was awesome the movie theater with free popcorn was great bit the rooms can really use a upgrade cosmetic wise bit my kids enjoyed the water park
I was here when it was Clarion and it's definitely better! Seems to still be under transition but improving. Our room was newly painted and everything worked great. Water park was definitely worth it- we went twice per day because it was so convenient.
