worst experience ever, first they told us one price and then they change their price for a much more cost when we were already there. Really?! And they charged in advance for all days before checking out. The room was a 2 star and it looked exactly like a motel ohhhh and the old TV from my grandmothers year and the service sucks! They also don't give breakfast! I shouldn't even give them a star! I certainly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!
I reserved a room here, and when I arrived with my family, there was human feces all over the showers area , jetted tub was dirty , filled with dirt rings... Horrible experience!!!

Had a ABSOLUTE BLAST! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK! Tony the bartender at the Tiki hut and Aspen (one of the girls at the waterpark) were both absolutely incredible to us and because of them I will be back and VERY VERY SOON! THANK YOU SO MUCH FLAMINGO WATER PARK RESORT!!!! �������
We enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. This facility was great for families with young kids. We ended up even staying an extra night! Has everything you need for all ages. A Baby splash pad, a baby pool, water slides to keep the big kids occupied, and best of all a tiki bar with the best bartender to keep mom and dad happy right in the middle of all. We will definitely return in the future. ��
I had a great time there with my family. We were staying there because we bought tickets for Wrestle Mania the next night. The kids had a blast at the water park. The slides were fun and fast. I thought it was nice the hotel provided a free movie and popcorn. Rooms were clean and lots of space to put your things. The only thing I would change is make the lazy river bigger and a little deeper. Parents need to watch their kids closer cause I had to ask little ones not to jump in the hot tub.

Our Waterpark attractions are meant for families with smaller children, this is why our lazy river is only 3 feet deep. Also we always encourage that parents stay with their children at all times. It is listed on our warning signs and enforced by our staff. We completely agree that no child should be alone in the Waterpark. Thank you and we hope to see you again!
Too small to accommodate their guests. Chairs and umbrellas were old need new chairs and tables.
The stay was great although housekeeping was horrible I called housekeeping extension 3x, no answer. So I had called front desk around 10am to have them come and replace all towels, all the bed spread and clean the Jacuzzi. I came back to the room at around 430pm to discover that the room wasn't cleaned yet. So I called back to let them know they never serviced the room. This place was a complete disappointment and way overpriced. It's nothing more then an outdated hotel with a fresh coat of paint. The beds are the worst I have ever slept in, and in "slept" I mean so uncomfortable and old that sleep is impossible unless your drunk off the overpriced drinks at the poorly run poolside bar. The waterpark is ok wouldn't really call it a park more like 3 slides and a creek for an extra $50 resort fee (resort? that's a joke). I expected more for the price.
