When I first entered the property I was like oh lord another hotel that has lied about its hotel on Expedia! Once I entered into the lobby all those thoughts began to leave after I was greeted with such a nice receptionist. Got into the room it had a smell but it was nothing a lil air freshener couldn't handle! THE WATER PARK IS YO DIE FOR! My kids enjoyed every minute of it! I spent most of my time at the tiki bar! Thanks for a great time.
Had a great time took my daughter and 3 of her friends up for the weekend the price was great the service was great front desk people were excellent the room was nice would come back again and recommend IT. Perfect place for family and friends
My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the Flamingo Waterpark resort. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and energetic. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The kids had a blast at the Waterpark and it's perfect for their ages, 5 & 10. The lifeguard staff was friendly and oberservant. We ate dinner at the Tiki bar and found the food to be very good and reasonably priced. My clothes were ruined, $300 shoes & $50-100 pants and shirts because of the toilet over flooding! I informed the lady at the counter, but she wrote it down and they never came. Day before check out, I reminded her AFTER the bathroom flooded again, luckily, nothing of mine was damaged.
The hotel might seem very nice on pictures but at check out when they charge you 144 dollars on top of the 155 u already payed for a 3 star hotel its not something anyone who is trying to save as much as possible ,its really sad how we get lied to on the website and then u speak to Julio the "so called supervisor" to just listen to you explain you were never told on the website they would charge an extra 144 at check out and for him as a "supervisor so he says" to just tell you he feels bad of how you are feeling. The pool was amazing and the hotel room was clean, I would definitely stay here again. Get experience
I attended a birthday party and the hostess sucked. She didn't really help the mother the way I thought she should've. They brought one pizza out for 15 kids, like really? The waterpark was ok. Not enough room for people to sit when it's hot. The cabana was great, it was just in the back so we couldn't really see the kids if they were in the lazy river. It was not what I saw pictured. I was expecting more.

My family and I spent Mother's Day here, and left on Monday. But the time we did spend here , we really enjoyed it. We got to the resort at noonish, check in wasn't until 4:00. However they allowed us to have access to the waterpark while we waited for check-in. By 3:30 they had our room ready for us. We had the standard queen room. It was small but let's face it, you're only in there to sleep anyway. It was just right for 3 people. It was clean, and fresh smelling.
