This was perfect for me and my little family! We enjoyed every minute
Who thought it was a good idea to close the hot tub at 8pm??? That's when customers would most like to use it; when the kids are settled down and the Florida air temperatures cool down. This makes no sense at all. Very very poor management decision, if that remains their policy.
I love the places. Clean, fun and fare price. Too bad rained both days I stay in there but we are going back in September. I'm fully recommending this places.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews, because they don't reflect the experience we had at all. The lifeguards and pool area staff were very friendly. The room was a standard room, but had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in room which was nice. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we were able to enjoy the waterpark the whole afternoon before checking in and the whole afternoon after checking out. I'm only leaving 1* so I can write my nasty experience. Just to tell you that I ended up looking forn a much better hotel in the middle of the night with two kids due to the bug beds they had, they changed us to two different rooms and both had bug beds, to the point that we even took them to the front desk (of course with a napkin) and took pictures as well. so the second time I went back to the front desk the nasty employees told my husband that they will return then money back, of caurse since they know how dirty that pla... read more
We went to the game room 6 different games weren't working. Ticket machine didn't work so couldn't cash them in to play games. Went to breakfast they charged us a service charge although the service wasn't good. At least one of the slides both days were broke or closed. Went to complain it took them almost the whole day to fix ticket machine. Then at the water park there was a piece of the ground that had plastic n it was broken told them someone could get hurt took them 2 hours to put a cone up. Won't be going there any tim... read more
