The water park itself was very nice and the kids enjoyed it quite a bit. However, the customer service sucked pretty bad. The rooms were pretty dated and could use some renovation. All in all the the kids really enjoyed themselves.
Okay so here are my pro's/con's 1. I love that they have tile floors. Carpets start to smell afterba while. 1b. But if ur on the bottom floor just hope that the ppl above you do not have small children who love to run and drop and roll marble like things in the floor till about 4 am the floors are thin. 2. Nice and clean bathroom and i can tell my sheets where changed. Non smoking here REALLY means non-smoking rooms!! 2b. Make sure u bring ur own soap and towels tho. Worse place I've ever stayed. Over crowded. Room was nasty, small. A/c didn't work. More drunks walking around than in a freaking bar. This place looks nothing like in the online pictures. Then there's a fee for everything, which is not mentioned on the site I booked on. People were very inconsiderate by being loud and cussing when this place is clearly for children. Nope. Not even any flamingos. Other low reviews say it.
I will never go back and I will make sure everyone who was asking me about it to see if they would go doesn't. I would have checked out a night early if it weren't for losing my money. We checked in Friday and checked out Sunday. When we got to our room the main light didn't work so it was extremely dark. It was extremely hot (the ac was set on 74 but it was more like 80+ in the room). We had to keep the ac on 63 and high to even have it anywhere bearable because it didn't work. We had so much fun!! The room was nice and we looked out our window to see the water park right there!! Such a chill atmosphere. The rooms were in no way gross or dirty everyone was really nice the lazy river was so much fun, they played music and everyone was dancing and having a great time! We are going to make this a yearly family trip! We will be back�also the food was amazing and not that pricey!

It wasn't so bad that we had to leave but there are a few things that need to be addressed. Every facet in the bathroom and kitchen was loose. There was nowhere comfortable to sit to watch TV. There was a "balcony" out the back but it was so hot from the AC and the door locked automatically so if you were not careful you could lock yourself out. At least the rooms were clean. Had a great time!! Enjoyed the waterpark and pool....Rooms dated but very clean and smelled fresh......Staff friendly and eager to please......Will return for some more fun in the sun.....
