You get 3 stars because I've never slept on a more broken, squeaky, flimsy mattress in my life. My back is still killing me. We did the waterpark Saturday morning and had a blast. The water is heated which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk lady even gave us a late check out so the kids could play more since we didn't get to the hotel until 10pm. Expedia didn't mention the hotel fees or the $100 deposit. That's expedia's fault, not y'alls. So if you can get past the horrible back pain from the beds, the waterpark is fun... read more
We had a great first experience. We stayed in the queen bed with bunk beds and had a pool side view. Everyone was helpful and courteous. We will definitely go back!
Es muy buen hotel sólo que dos personas empleados de este hotel el mánager de limpieza y la otra es supervisora llamada maria . Están depidiendo personal excelente. Ya que ella se dedica a decirle a este sr peste de los empleados buenos pars que este l mánager los depida y ella meter a sus familiares. Que están llegando de sus país. Absolutly horrible place to go. Rooms were dirty. Shower lealed all night long. Fridge leaked so we had to keep a towel in front of it. Broken tiles through out the room so my son had to keep shoes on. Hotel staff very rude. Breakfast took forever to get and they forgot food and drinks. Managers didnt care about any of it. Will never come back.
Really nice place and the staff is very nice. My children and granddaughters loved the water park! They even have free movies, popcorn and a bounce house.
Not too clean. Everything closed down around 9:00pm even on the weekend. Restaurant didn't open until 8:00 and took forever to get our food that was cold when we got it. It's a shame because the place has so much potential. Kids seem to love the water park.
Horrible experience. I booked 1 night after seaworld in a double queen room with bunk beds. We didn't get queen beds so we were all squished together. I called to double check the water area was opened till 10 like the website entailed since we were going to get there after seaworld and they said that it was correct. We checked in and went to the water park at 6:45 PM and then they closed at 7PM saying the water park isn't opened till 10 only the pool is. So we paid for nothing. My rating is 0!!!! Horrible experience. Its in the ghetto, our room smelled like urine, the water smells like crap, I couldn't sleep due to the fear of having bugs crawl all over me. The pool is DISGUSTING!!! Will NEVER EVER go back!!!!!!
