Well when we first arrived it was everything a parent and child would want but the resort called the police on us because they said the kids were to loud and for them to be quiet need I remind you it was 8pm at night the pool area doesn’t close until 10pm so the resort called the police on us stating guest were complaining that ppl at the pool area were to loud also they don’t tell you it’s a noise volume level when you arrive kids can’t be loud or they’ll call the cops on you if you’re too loud the game the kids were playin... read more
I just want to say we had an amazing stay yesterday at this resort. I was iffy about even going after reading all the reviews.im so glad we went and me and my fiancee decided all our orlando trip we will be staying here. Our kids loved the waterpark. The beds were comfortable. The water did not smell. Our shower and jet tub worked. It was not in the ghetto. The staff was amazing. The arcade was cheap and fun. Paid a few dollars extra for room with a view had to insist on it at checkin but was accomodated and room was clean and comfortable. Worth the upgrade. Very good waterpark, gameroom, and cafe. Great place for small kids. Tikibar closed with no explanation probably never open. Ample staff very friendly and helpful. Not a luxury resort, a waterpark you can stay at very cheaply. Had a great time will be back.

Friendly staff. Great waterpark and pool for the price. Let’s remember, when you are paying $40-$60 a night for a hotel you definitely should not have 5 star expectations! I do wonder why that when check in isn’t until 4 p.m. the waterpark closes at 6 p.m. You could at least give is until 7 or 8 to enjoy it! Also, was really hoping the tiki bar would be open. We asked and they said it was only open on the weekends. Guess it’s cheaper to make your own drinks anyways!! But overall it was a good experience and the kids loved it... read more

The staff went above and beyond for our family. In all of the hustle and bustle of packing and planning for our trip this weekend, my daughter's cardboard box, to make her Valentine's Day goodie box for school that is due on Monday, got left behind at home. I meant to grab the box and decorations to bring with us so that she could decorate it during our down time. I grabbed the decorations, but forgot the box. Mom brain.
