This is our second time staying. They rooms are good. There was only one ice machine this time. We stayed in building 3 and the tub didn’t work, And the closet light was blown but it still was a decent experience. I just wish that the waterpark would have stayed open longer. When I booked the room I requested a crib but they didn’t not bring it up until the second night we stay there.

Rooms are clean staff is great.. We only have one trash can. Shower got really hot and the beds are comfortable.

Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. The room wasn't clean. Checking into our room we discovered the room wasn't clean. There was hair on the bottom of the shower curtain and a hair on the wall. When we turned the beds down there was a single hair and dirt on the sheets. I notified the front desk and they didn't seem concerned, but to their credit they did change the sheets the next day (but did not remove the hair from the bathroom wall).
