A great deal for a family get away

This place needs alot of updating especially in the rooms. Beds weren't comy ,pillows sucked . Staff was nice. Not sure if I would stay here again. Water park was good.

The exterior needs paint. The room was functional. We were greeted by a huge dead roach on our floor. Hated the tile floor- it was always damp and slippery. There were no rugs. The shower barely worked. The on site food cost is off the chart- however the room did have a dorm size fridge and microwave. The main pool is TINY with a “capacity” of 27 bathers. Me and my family had a great time staff was real nice and they had enough activity to stay at resort the whole time but bar should stay open past 9pm Tighten up on that good time though

This place is getting worse every year!! We have gone to this place for the past few year for my daughters birthday and it seems as if the rooms get crappier and so does the service!! I have sent an email to the company in response to my stay and have yet to receive anything back. First upon arrival we were given a room in which the lock didnt lock so we were unable to leave the room at all, not to mention the room smelled horribly of mold. If I could leave zero stars I would definitely do it! The first night we checked in the toilet overflowed and flooded the room getting our suitcases wet, the following 2 nights when we got back from the Disney Parks our door to our room was standing open or not locked meaning no key was needed to enter! The 4th night our keys had been conveniently deactivated! Now on the 5th day which was suppose to be our pool day they have the pools and park closed for storms (which there has been none) and have told us for the last hour a... read more

In the interest of our guests' safety, we close our pool for routine maintenance and if there is a chance of storms in the area.
