Worst facility that I've ever stayed at . Dirty rooms requested a cleaner room was upgraded to suite. Suite had a patio door that wouldn't lock. The water out of the shower heads smells of rotten eggs (called front desk and was told no one else made complaint) also pocket door was broken wouldn't shut had medal pull sticking out of door. Went back and forth with management there. (ANGELA & MELISSA) i called several different times without response. The air conditioning did not get cold... Told them at the front desk when we checked out but they didn't seem to care or apologize

Nasty place mold every where I got sick off the food in the store lounge chairs in water park almost all broken rochs in the room mold in the coffee maker an room was dirty mold in the a/c an mirror in bathroom the there was a hole on wall in the Walk way just a really nasty place oh the floor of the pool was sharp parts of pavement my son cut his knee

We booked 1 week ago for the cheerleading nationals. Check in today was easy and quick room might be a bit older , but clean comfy, water in shower hot and Staff very accommodating and friendly. I’m a hard guy to please and they did just that. It sure about the bad reviews but our experience so far has been just fine.
