Always came to this hotel and never have any problems. I don't know whats wrong with the people. Clean, no roaches and nothing negative about what people say. It's my opinion.

I love the staff! The lifeguards are wonderful. I had a water leak in my room that caused me to fall. I have called the front desk for 3 days and nobody came. However, they did a great job with the kids, movie night, the lazy River and managing the Cabana. I will be returning on the 13th. My 7 year old also gives this property a 5.
Me and my family of 4 including my parents and younger brother and sister just left from 2 night stay.. We had some issues when we first checked in.. I was told me and my parents rooms would have conjoining rooms but when we checked in they gave us rooms on 2 different levels. When I went in to get my receipt they seen where they booked me under someone else’s name so that was a hot mess but they fixed it. My room was nice but the air conditioner sucks!! For the price I think its pretty nice. Our room was clean, we all had fun and there were several places close by to eat. There was a $100 deposit/hold I was told about upon check in that would be returned in a few days after check out.

The rooms aren’t great but they’re clean. Well mine was at least. Only thing that bothered me was that the wifi connection was FAIR but yet my kids couldn’t connect to their tablets. Not many kids channels on cable and the door is hard to open with the card. I loved the waterpark though. My kids had a blast. For the price its fair. All I wanted more was access to the waterpark without it being so big and only sharing with hotel guests. Really need to work on the wifi issue though.
Flea infested, mold in rooms, everything feels wet. Overpriced for what you get.

Rooms and food selections are horrible! Waterpark is the best part of this motel. Rooms are at least 20 years old. Needs a complete remodel.
