RecommendedI recommend it to anyone and I sure have. My friend has stood here before as well. I refer my cousin and she book a room for the first time we celebrated her daughter b'day and they love it. The staff from the lobby to the housekeepers even the lady security were great. We had a leak in the bathroom and they came to fix it right away and were super nice. These is my third time staying at the resort. perfect weekend getaway. It was comparable to a Disney All star resort room wise. The amenities were awesome we enjoyed the Waterpark, arcade and homemade potatoes at breakfast. Staff was super friendly, room was kid friendly and clean. You could spend a whole day at the Waterpark relaxing. We will be back.
We only came for 2 days and ended up staying longer. The kids love it and we are really enjoying our stay. It’s very clean, the room is comfortable and I would recommend it for anyone looking to relax by the pool or in the lazy river. The staff is accommodating. Great value - will come again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great place to stay if you enjoy not having a bathroom door that shuts all the way. The waterpark was awful. Rusty pipes completey disenigrated. Awful shape. Lifegurds texting away on their phones. The one restaraunt they had is only opened for breakfast. OSHA needs to be contacted because that was awful for a waterpark and you cpuld smell the mold inside the air conditioner units.

this place sucks room door keys never work. Beds are hard as rocks, TV didn't work no ice machines, only one pool that's over crowded. do not recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived on Friday and I’m not sure who the lady at the front desk was but she was very friendly she gave us our keys for our 2 rooms and directed us my room didn’t have comforters on the beds it was really big tho and comfortable the other room the air wasn’t so great but we made the best of it we ate breakfast in the resort restaurant and Nate was amazing ❤️ The only thing i disliked about the Waterpark is ppl took up all the chairs and there wasn’t anywhere to put our things but we still made the best of it and had a go... read more
