Clean fingerprints off back door of the bathroom in the room were stay in ...obviously a crime scene of some sort . Really freaked my kids out . More employees for water area. Stop the drug dealing in parking lot.. very scary my kids and I won’t be back..

The people that work there are very rude and snotty I booked through work and my room was paid for called and confirmed everything and when I get there they tell me I need 160 to even walk in to my room which is paid for by the way and the snotty lady behind the counter looked down her nose like she was so much better than i was i wouldnt recommend this place to any one
RecommendedIt was a nice little family getaway. the kids had a blast in the waterpark (ages 2, 6 and 9.) The rooms could use a little TLC. The staff was friendly. we will stay here again.
RecommendedThe family as a whole loved the resort. They have everything there from the floaties for the kids , they have great food, drinks, and music. There's a lazy river, two water slides, and a heated pool. It's a one stop shop for some good ol family fun.

Terrible!! Room service...there was none. We took out our own garbage no toilet paper just terrible but we enjoyed everything else around.
Recommendedso far very good, only wish I knew that our total did not include stay per day charges nor another $100 for deposit.
