The hotel staff is really doing the best they can taking into consideration they are obviously grossly and severely understaffed. The waterpark and pools are overrun with unsupervised children running a Muck since their parents are at the bar and there were only two life guards on duty to cover 6 different positions. With no parents controlling the children, and no lifeguards enforcing the rules it's an absolutely miserable experience to stay here. I stayed there in April 2019 and still have not received my $100 deposit back. I have called and left messages and no one has returned my calls.
Recommendedit was fun 😊 with with family and my girl
We cancelled our reservation immediately. They sold us a room that didn’t exist, and when we checked in - didn’t even inform us the king suite with the jacuzzi wasn’t available anymore. We got to our room and to our surprise, my wife and I walked into our honeymoon suite with TWO double beds after a trip down from eastern Canada. The hotel lobby was not well kept, not sure where that unexpected $196 resort fee is going too..... Do not waste your time or money going here. Totally let down and totally RUN down.
NASTY/DIRTY/UNKEPT/ CRAP Upon arrival to OUR ROOM we found a roach ans several other bugs behind the beds. The room was never cleaned before giving us the key. When I complained they moved us to another room. Which was seem to have been "cleaned" I guess. But atleast there were no bugs in this room. Then later that evening we went tonthe so called "MOVIE THEATRE". What a joke. The hall leadimg to it smelled of urine. Great experience there. They need to up grade the room little more.
To go on the weekend the tiki bar will be open for the adults so they can enjoy themselves because unfortunately they are close Thur the weekdays.
Excellent water park kid have a lot off fun
Great place for kids. Rooms were very clean and friendly staff.
