This is a not a resort, it is more like a motel. The water park is small, old and not clean. The room was clean, but needs major updating. The worst part about the stay was the other guest at the Flamingo. The smell of marijuana was all over the property, no one watched out for children, and someone tried grabbing our infant. We will not be staying at the Flamingo again!

it good for a wonderful vacation
I come here ones in a while, pretty fun, pool area is very nice, they just need to remodel the rooms that's about it.
The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived we got registered in and to our room. It was very nice and clean! We did have a little hiccup with our jet tub not working and no towels....well I called down to the front desk and the manager had someone bring me towels right away and then had us changed to room that was even better than our last to give us a jet tub that was working. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!
we just came home from there. spent the weekend. room was clean, beds were comfy and the kids had a great time. and the chicken wrap from the tiki bar was the best I've ever eaten..
could not play the video games, counterspace in the bathrooms, microwave in room, iron in room and iron board, shut down the water slides the one day it was open because you didn't want to lifeguard, garbage cans in the room would've been nice. shower curtain on the shower. no tiki bar. your pool view rooms, should be pool view not blocked by a cabana.
we stayed there in September and the rooms where old but clean wich was ok ! the maid service was great about cleaning the thing that sucked was the water park it was freezing ! the water was super cold my kids couldn't play at the kid park for long! And the slides at the kid parks ate dangerous I saw a little girl go down a slide and she scraped her back on the concrete was no pading at the bottom! Bayly, we are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy the kids area. Unfortunately the water does get cold as temperatures drop here in FL. Safety is a major concern of ours in the park, if you could please DM us the area you found unsafe we would greatly appreciate it.
