The water park it's self was the only good part. The rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING . We had 2 joining rooms and there was dried up throw up on one of the kitchen table chairs, throw up stains on floor and other big huge stains on the floor. Toilet overflowed so many times. The microwave had this rancid milk smell and I moved the microwave plate to find rotten milk all round in the rim. My sons room had a very strong pee odor. One of the door latches was broken. It’s a wonderful water park resort to spend time with the family.
It was not what we expected from what was shown online. The blankets were filthy and personal needs that hotels come with was not provided/accessible. The resort fee mainly covered their smoking charges. I made reservations to stay 4 nights and we only stayed for one night. Definitely not a three star
Water was nasty and other guests kept us up with being loud in other rooms.Pictures look nothing like what "resort" looks like in real life. I was ate alive by bugs not sure if they clean good enough or what. Big welps and we stayed a entire week was miserable. Staff was nice that's about the only positive thing. We booked based off other reviews and pictures super disappointed once we got there. Will be staying somewhere else in the future.
